Restoration

A move into engine restoration came accidentally, as a result of making new parts for his own old bikes. When the crankcases for his 1929 KTT Velocette broke up in a race in 2001, he made some replacements, and before long was swamped with orders for more.

He has since made big-bore and long-stroke Velocette engines, with new crankshafts, cylinders, pistons, and camshafts. He offers similar parts and tuning services for the G50 engine – and any others.

“We can restore any engine to better than new condition and we can reverse-engineer all components to the highest standards for surprisingly little cost.”
